Tran Chi
Xuan ☆
Tran Chi Xuan feels a strong connection
to China – her grandparents left the city of Chaozhou
for Cambodia long ago, and she herself was born and raised
in Vietnam, learning the Chinese dialect of her forebears
as a child. Educated in New Zealand, she moved to Beijing
to learn standard Mandarin in 2005 and now lives and works
in the capital. Her writing has been published in Crazy
English magazine and in Matric's Nanjing publication celebrating
the International Plum Festival.
